2021 Jaguar F-PACE vs 2020 Jaguar F-PACE

Serving Atlanta, GA

Atlanta drivers were first introduced to the beautiful Jaguar F-PACE in 2017. This premium crossover SUV has progressively advanced in style, features, and abilities over the years. Before you pick out your next crossover SUV, you may be curious about the improvements to the F-PACE for the 2021 model year. While the 2020 and 2021 versions of this sophisticated model are in the same generation, these crossovers have stunning differences. What should you know about the F-PACE before you make your following selection?

While the 2020 and 2021 F-PACE SUVs share the same four-cylinder and V8 engines, the 2021 F-PACE adds two V6 engines to the mix. The base engine for both years is a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbo engine that links with all-wheel drive and eight-speed auto transmission. It produces 246 horsepower. The top-of-the-line powertrain for both model years continues to be a supercharged V8, 5.0-liter engine that produces 550 horsepower. For 2021, the F-PACE is also available with a turbo V6, 3.0-liter, 335-horsepower engine, and a 395-horsepower V6 engine.

When you compare the 2020 F-PACE to the 2021 F-PACE, you will immediately notice that Jaguar has modernized the model’s front and rear designs for the 2021 model year. These versions have the same elegant flow from front to rear with fluid contours on the sides. They also have prominent lower-side accents with a sleek air vent near the front fender. However, the 2021 F-PACE has reshaped LED headlights with a double element in the design. The grille design holds steady, but the lower-front fascia for the 2021 model year has stronger detail for a more aggressive look.

The 2020 and 2021 F-PACE have comparable features across their trim levels, but a critical update for the 2021 model year is needed. In 2021, the display screen grows to 11.4 inches, and it is accompanied by upgraded software. In some or all trims for both years, the F-PACE has adaptive cruise control, a Meridian sound system, a wireless hotspot, an automated parking system, a traffic sign reader, leather, and faux suede upholstery, a power liftgate, and more.
